Il Pane
Yesterday, after much labor and flour, C made this bread. There were three parts, but we ate one. The swirly one I wiggled around and wasn’t as smooth with it as C, but it looks pretty good. His braid is in the corner. The swirly is going to be a present, so I wrapped it up in a bit of parchment.

It’s making me want to eat bread. I wonder if it tastes the same today as it did last night? The braided loaf should be fun to eat.
