Hydrangea Heaven!

My friend Paul recently decided to majorly cut his hydrangea back. He asked if I wanted the flowers. Hm… YES! So I went to his house and cut all the flowers off the bush and ended up with five paper grocery bags, a 10 gallon bucket, and a much larger bucket (40 gallon?) full of hydrangeas. I almost left the large bucket sitting in my living room. It was like having a hydrangea bush in my house. I managed to give some away and then decorated my house with the rest. One day my piddly hydrangea will have beautiful blooms like these!

p.s. My Southern grandmother calls them Hydrangelas. I’m not sure why.
